国家与地区省市,若要保证国民经济的可持续发展,需要在维持简单再生产的基础上,不断地进行内涵与外延的扩大再生产。然而,无论通过哪种形式进行再生产的扩大,均需要投入大量资金作为支持。因此,科学管理、合理运用财政资金,充分发挥其杠杆作用,是促进地方经济可持续发展的关键。本文就如何提高财政资金的使用效率进行简要的分析、探讨。
