目的:利用基于气滞胃痛颗粒复方抗炎镇痛、抗溃疡、促胃肠动力三大药效的经典模型评价,采用均匀设计法,以三大药效综合药效为指标,筛选复方有效组分的最佳组分配比,进而改善原方的配比并提高原方的药效。方法:采用均匀设计法,利用CSZ软件对抗溃疡、抗炎镇痛、促胃肠动力三大药效有效组分配伍进行考察,每个给药组分别建立炎症、溃疡、促胃肠动力模型,以三大药效模型抑制率综合药效评价为指标,筛选复方有效组分的最佳配比,进而形成新的组分复方。结果:通过CSZ软件进行数据处理,得到的最佳组分配比为延胡索总生物碱∶白芍总苷∶柴胡皂苷∶甘草黄酮∶甘草三萜∶枳壳黄酮∶枳壳柠檬烯∶香附黄酮∶香附挥发油=4.45∶7.94∶12.89∶3.77∶1.94∶10.51∶1∶9.51∶1.68。并通过药效验证来证明组分最佳配比入药大大减小了用药剂量。结论:复方按照最佳配比组分入药可以实现达相同药效用药剂量减少95%,且组分入药成分清晰,初步实现了中药现代化。

And through the efficacy verification to prove the best ratio of components into the medicine greatly reduces the dosage. Conclusion: The compound prescription according to the best proportion can achieve the same dose reduction of 95%, and the components of the drug composition is clear, the initial realization of the modernization of Chinese medicine.
