本文通过对160例精神病患者的临床分析并对其中103例历次诊断为精神分裂症者和35例进一步诊断否定精神分裂症者作了比较,提出对精神症状是否进行仔细区别和分析是导致精神分裂症诊断差异的原因之一,并认为Schneider一级症状、联想障碍与情感障碍等症状可能是诊断精神分裂症的主要症状依据。
In this paper, clinical analysis of 160 patients with psychosis and 103 of them were diagnosed as schizophrenia in the past and 35 cases of further diagnosis of negative schizophrenia were made, the proposed mental symptoms are carefully differentiated and analyzed is leading to schizophrenia One of the reasons for the difference in diagnosis of schizophrenia is that Schneider’s first-class symptoms, association disorders and affective disorders may be the main symptoms of schizophrenia.
