四肢开放性骨折为战伤中最常见的损伤,在治疗过程中,外固定支架被广泛使用。目前,常用的手术安装器械均数量较多,如上海手术器械厂生产的SGG—1型有48件,操作较为繁琐,难以适应野战手术的要求。我院骨科通过对原器械精简、改进,研制了外固定支架安装器械盒,现介绍如下。
Open fractures of the limbs are the most common injuries in war wounded. External fixators are widely used during treatment. At present, there are many commonly used surgical instruments. For example, there are 48 SGG-1 models manufactured by Shanghai Surgical Instrument Factory, which are cumbersome to meet the requirements of field operations. Orthopedics in our hospital through the original device streamlined, improved, developed a fixed bracket mounting instrument box, are described below.
