近年来,我国航空事业快速发展,飞机总数量、总飞行周转量、运输总人次均大幅增加,同时对包括通信、导航、监视及空中交通管理的要求也大为提高。ADS-B作为新一代航空技术中比较成熟的空管监视技术,被国际民航组织(ICAO)确定为未来监视技术发展的主要方向。国际航空界正在积极推进该项技术的应用,部分国家已投入实用。
In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s aviation industry, the total number of aircraft, the total flight turnover and the total number of transporters have risen sharply. At the same time, the requirements for communications, navigation, surveillance and air traffic management have also greatly increased. ADS-B as a new generation of aviation technology is relatively mature air traffic control technology, the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) identified as the main direction for the development of surveillance technology in the future. The international aviation community is actively promoting the application of the technology, some countries have put into practical.
