从黑胡椒、白胡椒、烟草这些植物中提取的天然有机物进行复配后 ,可得到新型的绿色植物缓蚀剂。采用电化学方法和失重法研究了由上述方法所得到的 3种缓蚀剂对 HCl质量分数为5 %的盐酸溶液中 A3 钢的缓蚀机理及效率。结果表明 :这 3种缓蚀剂属混合型缓蚀剂 ,在实验条件下对 A3 钢的缓蚀作用机理为几何覆盖效应
From the black pepper, white pepper, tobacco and other natural organic compounds extracted compound, you can get a new type of green plant corrosion inhibitor. The corrosion inhibition mechanism and efficiency of three kinds of corrosion inhibitors obtained by the above method on A3 steel in hydrochloric acid solution with 5% HCl by electrochemical method and weight loss method were studied. The results show that these three kinds of corrosion inhibitors are mixed corrosion inhibitors. The corrosion inhibition mechanism of A3 steel under the experimental conditions is the geometric covering effect
