目的确定羧甲基化改性茯苓粉的工艺参数,提高茯苓粉的水溶性和在中药生产中的应用范围。方法以茯苓全粉为原料,通过单因素试验研究羧甲基化改性获得最大产物取代度的条件,并对改性产物的水溶性进行评价。结果当反应介质为85%乙醇溶液,反应温度50℃,先碱化反应2 h后醚化反应6 h,碱酸用量摩尔比控制在2.5∶1~3∶1时,反应产物达到最大取代度,且改性粉水溶性有很大提高。结论利用乙醇反应介质、两次加碱法进行羧甲基化改性工艺生产改性茯苓粉是可行的,其水溶性得到改善。
Objective To determine the process parameters of carboxymethyl modified Poria powder and improve the water solubility of Poria powder and its application in the production of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Tuckahoe whole powder was used as raw material. The conditions of maximum degree of substitution of carboxymethylation were studied by single factor experiment. The water solubility of the modified product was also evaluated. Results When the reaction medium was 85% ethanol, the reaction temperature was 50 ℃, the first alkalization reaction for 2 h, the etherification reaction for 6 h and the molar ratio of alkali acid to 2.5:1 to 3:1, the maximum substitution degree , And modified powder has greatly improved water solubility. CONCLUSION: It is feasible to use ethanol reaction medium and carboxymethylation twice with alkali to produce modified tuckahoe powder, and its water solubility is improved.
