本文主要目的在于研究SO_2氧化低温钒催化剂,在V—Na—K—S_1系中添加磷酸制成了含有磷化物的钒催化剂样品。测试了催化剂样品的低温活性、热稳定性、磷损、最适宜转化温度等。试验结果表明,在催化剂中,磷化物的存在与否对低温活性影响很大,它的存在比不存在活性提高很显著。结合这些实验结果,对磷化物在催化剂中的低温催化作用,提出我们一些粗浅看法。
The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the oxidation of low-temperature vanadium catalyst SO_2, adding phosphoric acid in the V-Na-K-S_1 series of vanadium catalyst samples containing phosphide. The catalyst samples were tested for low temperature activity, thermal stability, phosphorus loss, the most appropriate conversion temperature and so on. The experimental results show that in the catalyst, the presence or absence of phosphide has a great influence on the low temperature activity, and its existence is more significant than the absence of activity. Combined with these experimental results, the phosphide catalyst in the low-temperature catalytic role, put forward some of our crude ideas.
