本文观察了几种典型花岗石已锯切表面形貌特征,探讨了花岗石中不同造岩矿物的断裂机理及其对锯切过程的影响。研究结果表明:不同矿物的变形特征是决定金刚石失效过程的关键;不同的锯切条件会造成不同的单颗磨粒最大岩屑厚度,进而对花岗石解理的进行和裂纹的扩展产生影响。
This paper observes the surface morphology of several typical granites that have been sawn, and discusses the fracture mechanism of different rock-forming minerals in granite and its effect on the sawing process. The results show that the deformation characteristics of different minerals are the key to determine the diamond failure process; different sawing conditions will result in different single abrasive grain maximum cuttings thickness, which will affect the cleavage of granite and the expansion of cracks.
