目的了解吉林省高校大学生对心理健康咨询课程与服务的需求,为高校有针对性的开展心理咨询服务提供依据。方法自设问卷对2所大学的2 868名在校大学生进行调查统计。结果大学生对心理咨询服务与课程需求:从年级上看,低年级高于高年级(χ2=22.4,P<0.05),低年级以缓解学习心理压力、集体心理生存需求为主,而高年级以缓解就业压力为主;从专业上看,理工科学生需求高于文科学生(χ2=18.25,P<0.05),理科学习压力高于文科(χ2=5.19,P<0.05),而在就业方面文科压力高于理科,2者差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.44,P<0.05);从籍贯上看,在生活心理需求上,乡村籍贯学生需求大于城市籍贯学生,2者差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.20,P<0.05),而在集体生存需求方面,城市籍贯学生需求大于乡村籍贯学生,2者差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.07,P<0.05);从性别上看,女生在举办相关活动需求上高于男生(χ2=4.99,P<0.05),在建立咨询网站需求上男生需求大于女生。结论高校应采取各种有效的咨询服务措施,提高学生心理健康水平。 Objective To understand the needs of university students in counseling courses and services in mental health in Jilin Province and provide the basis for carrying out psychological counseling services in colleges and universities. Methods Based on questionnaires, 2,868 undergraduates in two universities were surveyed. Results Psychological counseling services and curriculum needs of college students: From the grade point of view, the lower grade is higher than the upper grade (χ2 = 22.4, P <0.05). The lower grade is mainly to alleviate the psychological pressure of study and the collective psychological survival needs, (Χ2 = 18.25, P <0.05). The pressure of science study was higher than that of liberal arts (χ2 = 5.19, P <0.05), while in the field of employment, liberal arts (Χ2 = 14.44, P <0.05). From the point of view of native place, the needs of native students in rural areas were greater than that of urban native students in both psychological and psychological needs, the difference was statistically significant ( χ2 = 9.20, P <0.05). However, there was a significant difference between the two groups in the demand for collective living in urban areas (χ2 = 15.07, P <0.05) The demand for related activities was higher than that of boys (χ2 = 4.99, P <0.05). The demand for boys was higher than that of girls in the demand of establishing consultation websites. Conclusion Colleges and universities should take all kinds of effective counseling and service measures to improve students’ mental health.
