目的建立高效液相色谱-荧光法测定植物油中的15种多环芳烃。方法样品用正己烷溶解,过中性氧化铝固相萃取小柱净化,采用Waters-PAHs专用柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)分离,乙腈-水梯度洗脱,流速1.5 ml/min,柱温30℃,进样量10μl;荧光检测器检测,外标法定量。结果方法检出限在0.15~2.0μg/kg之间,样品加标回收率在78.0%~115.2%之间,RSD在0.2%~2.0%之间。结论该方法具有前处理简单、灵敏度高、重复性好等优点,可用于植物油中15种多环芳烃的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of 15 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in vegetable oils by high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence spectrometry. Methods The sample was dissolved in n-hexane and purified by a neutral alumina solid-phase extraction cartridge. The sample was separated on a Waters-PAHs column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) using acetonitrile-water gradient at a flow rate of 1.5 ml / Temperature 30 ℃, injection volume 10μl; fluorescence detector detection, external standard method. Results The detection limit was 0.15 ~ 2.0μg / kg. The recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 78.0% to 115.2% with RSD ranging from 0.2% to 2.0%. Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment, high sensitivity and good repeatability, which can be used for the determination of 15 PAHs in vegetable oils.
