目的研究一种新型过氧乙酸消毒灭菌粉对软式内镜的现场消毒效果。方法软式内镜严格按照操作规范规定的流程清洗后,用过氧乙酸消毒灭菌粉和酸性氧化电位水进行消毒灭菌,并采用细菌培养和浓度检测方法对消毒的实际效果进行监测和评价。结果两种不同消毒剂清洗内镜消毒效果的合格率为100%。过氧乙酸消毒灭菌粉连续使用8 h有效浓度维持在≥2 300 mg/L。结论这种新型的过氧乙酸消毒灭菌粉应用于软式内镜消毒,提高了工作效率,节省水资源,取得快速有效的消毒效果,具有良好的安全性和稳定性。
Objective To study the disinfection effect of a new peracetic acid disinfection powder on the soft endoscope. Methods The soft endoscopes were sterilized by peracetic acid disinfection and sterilization powder and acid oxidation potential water in accordance with the procedures regulated by the operation rules. The practical effect of disinfection was monitored and evaluated by bacterial culture and concentration test . Results Two different disinfectant cleaning endoscopic disinfection results with a pass rate of 100%. Peracetic acid disinfection and sterilization powder continuous use of 8 h effective concentration maintained at ≥ 300 mg / L. Conclusion This new type of peracetic acid disinfection and sterilization powder used in soft endoscopy disinfection, improve work efficiency, save water resources, to obtain rapid and effective disinfection effect, with good safety and stability.
