【本刊辑】据保监会网站2015年1月27日报道,中国保监会会同工业和信息化部、商务部、人民银行、银监会等部门联合印发了《大力发展信用保证保险服务和支持小微企业的指导意见》,意见有以下三个亮点:一是政策引导创新经营模式。《指导意见》鼓励各地结合当地实际情况,积极探索以信用保险、贷款保证保险等保险产品为主要载体,引导保险公司通过“政府+银行+保险”这种多方参与、风险共担的合作模式,经营小微企业信用保证保险业务。二是加强银保合作,引入保证保险机制合理确定贷款利率。
