研究了自行合成的有机酸盐催化剂与甲苯复配对河南油田超稠油协同催化降粘作用,结果表明,在反应温度为240℃,反应时间为24h,加水量为30%,催化剂及甲苯加入量分别为0.35%(w)和0.4%(w)时,降粘率达93.8%。利用红外光谱、气相色谱、元素分析仪等对稠油反应前后的物理和化学性质进行了分析,发现胶质、沥青质、硫质量分数降低,氢碳原子比提高,超稠油品质得到一定程度的改善。
The synergistic catalytic viscosity-reducing effect of the super-heavy oil with self-synthesized organic acid salt catalyst and toluene complex was studied. The results showed that at a reaction temperature of 240 ℃ and a reaction time of 24h, the amount of added water was 30% At 0.35% (w) and 0.4% (w) respectively, the rate of viscosity reduction reached 93.8%.
