平菇是世界上栽培最广泛和消费量最大的一类食用菌。本研究对12个平菇菌株进行生产性能比较,依据经验对菌丝生长速度、菌丝致密度及摇瓶菌球干重、密度、大小等生物学性状进行初步筛选。在此基础上,筛选出性状较优良菌株Ps5、Ps7和Ps10,并对3株菌株的出菇时间、子实体产量和生物学效率进行分析比较,最终筛选出了出菇时间短、子实体产量高和生物学效率高的Ps10菌株,该菌株的出菇时间仅为38.60 d,子实体产量达0.46 kg,生物学效率为115.00%。Ps10做为栽培菌株将有重要的应用价值。
Pleurotus ostreatus is one of the most widely cultivated and most consumed types of edible mushrooms in the world. In this study, the production performance of 12 Pleurotus ostreatus strains were compared. Based on experience, the biological characteristics such as mycelial growth rate, mycelium density and dry weight, density and size of bulb flask were preliminarily screened. On this basis, the strains Ps5, Ps7 and Ps10 with better traits were screened, and the fruiting time, fruiting body yield and biological efficiency of the three strains were analyzed and compared. The results showed that fruiting time was short, fruiting body yield High and biologically efficient Ps10 strain, the fruiting time of this strain was only 38.60 days, fruiting body yield reached 0.46 kg, and biological efficiency was 115.00%. Ps10 as a cultivation strain will have important application value.
