近年,在数字视频监控领域,出现了一种新概念和新技术——移动视频监控。只要视频源或接收端设备具有移动能力,就可称之为移动监控。它由前端影像取样装置、影像传输接收装置、后端影像资料库及处理系统等三部分组成,广泛应用于居家安全、校园安全、交通资讯、保安执勤以及现场指挥等很多领域。其与生物识别技术的融合,已在发达国家迅速发展,并在全球愈发呈现出广阔的市场前景。
In recent years, in the field of digital video surveillance, a new concept and new technology emerged - mobile video surveillance. As long as the video source or receiving device has the ability to move, it can be called mobile monitoring.
