1. Project Overview Qingdao belongs to the maritime monsoon climate. It is affected by the cold high pressure moved by Siberia in winter and controlled by the western Pacific subtropical high in summer. Located in the subtropical and temperate transitional zone, both monsoon climate and marine climate characteristics. All year round, southeast and northwest two winds. Planning project is located in Huangdao District, Qingdao City, Shandong Province, Phoenix Island Silver Beach southwest side of the sea on three sides. Pro-Central Road on the west side of the road, the planned land and ring road with a city green belt separated. 2.
