在室内用生长速率法测定了苯霜灵(benalaxyl)、茶皂素 (Teasaponin)及二者的不同比例的混剂对黄瓜灰霉病菌的抑制作用。生测结果表明 ,苯霜灵与茶皂素以1:4混用对抑制黄瓜灰霉病菌菌丝的生长有一定的增效作用 ,EC50=110.63μg/mL,共毒系数为163.84;二种药剂及其1:4比例的混剂对灰霉菌孢子的萌发没有显著抑制作用 ,但能延迟孢子的萌发 ;实验还发现二种药剂及其混剂仅起抑菌作用 ,而无杀菌作用。用25μg/mL浓度的苯霜灵处理菌丝悬浮液 ,发现处理后的菌丝短而分枝少 ,菌丝形成隔膜较早 ,老化快 ,细胞壁变薄 ,透明度增加。
The inhibitory effects of benalaxyl, teasaponin and their mixture with different ratios on Botrytis cinerea were determined by growth rate method in laboratory. The results of bioassay showed that synergistic effect was achieved when the ratio of bismamone to tea saponin was 1: 4, EC50 = 110.63μg / mL, the co-toxicity coefficient was 163.84; the two agents And its 1: 4 ratio had no significant inhibitory effect on the spore germination of Botrytis cinerea, but delayed the spore germination. The two agents and their mixture only showed antibacterial activity without bactericidal effect. The mycelium suspension was treated with 25mg / mL balasmin. The results showed that the mycelium was short and the number of branches was small. The hyphae formed the membrane earlier, aged quickly, the cell wall became thinner and the transparency increased.
