小学数学中对学困生转化有效策略的探讨

数学是小学教育的基础学科,也是一门重要的实用学科,数学学习是其他学科学习的基础和前提,学好数学获益的不仅是自身学业成绩的提高,更是一项生活技能的掌握,所以数学教学十分重要关键,随着素质教育与新课改的持续推进,如何提升小学数学课堂教学有效性已成为广大数学教师的主要课题,特别是数学学困生的转化问题。因此,本文在分析数学学困生产生原因的基础上,深入思考如何解决这一问题,并提出了几点可行性策略,以期能够真正地转化学困生,让他们重拾数学学习兴致和信心。
