对平面二次包络环面蜗轮副接触状况进行了理论分析,建立了求解接触点位置和中心夹角的极小值的数学模型,并进行了非理想接触状况的计算机仿真研究,为研究安装和制造误差对平面二次包络环面蜗轮副的啮合性能的影响提供了有效的方法。
A theoretical analysis is made on the contact condition of plane double enveloping toroidal worm gears. The mathematical model for solving the minimum value of the contact point position and the center included angle is established, and the computer simulation of non-ideal contact condition is carried out. And manufacturing errors on the plane of the second enveloping worm gear meshing performance provides an effective method.
