研究了多层喷射共沉6066铝合金/SiC复合材料的半固态加工。半固态水淬后的金相组织表明,部分重熔后的喷射沉积组织具有适于半固态加工的搅溶性。不同温度的半固态模锻表明,材料能在较低压力下一步成形;SiC颗粒在加工后仍分布均匀,与基体结合良好;材料仍保持了较好的力学性能,T6态性能可达σb=385MPa,σ0.2=342MPa,δ=4.3%。
The semi-solid processing of multilayer spray-co-infused 6066 aluminum alloy / SiC composites was studied. The microstructure after the semi-solid water quenching shows that the partially spray-remelted spray-deposited structure has the property of being suitable for semi-solid processing. The semi-solid die forging at different temperatures shows that the material can be formed at a lower pressure in one step. The SiC particles are still uniformly distributed and well bonded with the matrix after processing. The material still retains good mechanical properties and the properties of the T6 state are σb = 385 MPa, σ 0.2 = 342 MPa, δ = 4.3%.
