For a long time, people have shown that cancer is caused by multiple mutations that have accumulated long-term mechanisms that disrupt normal cell growth. Different types of cancer may mutate in the same gene. Recent studies suggest that the activation mechanism of telomerase may play an important role in malignant cells. It may be a necessary condition for the immortality of cells or allow cells to grow indefinitely. Therefore, this article focuses on telomere and telomerase.
