目的了解近年惠州市医疗机构消毒质量和变化趋势,保障消毒管理有效持续开展。方法依据GB 15982《医院消毒卫生标准》和GB 50333《医院洁净手术部建筑技术规范》要求,进行现场采样和实验室检测,分析各级医疗机构的消毒效果。结果 2011—2015年共监测各类样品46 840份,检测总合格率93.6%。各监测项目合格率由高到低依次为:消毒液(96.9%)、反渗水(96.6%)、物体表面(94.7%)、医疗器材(92.5%)、内镜(92.3%)、医护人员手(92.2%)和手术室空气(82.7%),致病菌未检出。各级医疗机构消毒合格率:市级及以上>县(区)级>镇级。结论惠州市医疗机构消毒效果整体水平较好,但空气合格率较低。应提高重点部门空气消毒质量,采用最新消毒方式如空气循环消毒机、洁净技术等,并加强专人维护。
Objective To understand the quality and trend of disinfection in medical institutions in Huizhou City in recent years, and to ensure the effective and continuous disinfection management. Methods According to the requirements of GB 15982 “Sanitary Standard for Hospital Disinfection” and GB 50333 “Technical Specifications for Construction of Clean Operating Department of Hospital”, on-site sampling and laboratory tests were conducted to analyze the disinfection effects of medical institutions at all levels. Results A total of 46 840 samples of various types were monitored during 2011-2015, with a total passing rate of 93.6%. The qualified rate of each monitoring item from high to low was disinfectant (96.9%), reverse osmosis (96.6%), surface of the object (94.7%), medical equipment (92.5%), endoscopy (92.2%) and operating room air (82.7%). Pathogenic bacteria were not detected. Medical institutions at all levels disinfection pass rate: municipal level and above> county (district) level> town level. Conclusion The overall disinfection effect of medical institutions in Huizhou City is better, but the air pass rate is lower. Should improve the quality of air disinfection of key departments, the use of the latest disinfection methods such as air circulation disinfection machine, clean technology, and strengthen the maintenance of specialists.
