目的:研究夏枯草总黄酮提取过程的动态变化,为设计夏枯草总黄酮提取工艺提供理论依据。方法:对超声辅助提取夏枯草总黄酮数据采用OriginPro 7.5软件按二阶指数方程衰减式y=A1e(-x/t1)+A2e(-x/t2)+y0拟合,并按该方法对文献中数据进行拟合验证,预测提取液的最大浓度。结果:二阶指数方程衰减式拟合曲线能很好地符合原始数据点的变化趋势,预测结果也与试验值相同,表明其能正确反映提取时间和提取液浓度的关系。结论:拟合的方程合理可靠,拟合方法简单易行,可以为夏枯草等中药材的提取工艺研究提供参考依据。
Objective: To study the dynamic changes of total flavonoids in Prunella vulgaris and to provide a theoretical basis for the design of total flavonoids in Prunella vulgaris. Methods: Ultrasonic-assisted extraction of Prunella vulgaris total flavonoids using OriginPro 7.5 software according to the second-order exponential equation attenuation y = A1e (-x / t1) + A2e (-x / t2) + y0 fitting, and according to the method of literature In the data fitting test to predict the maximum concentration of extract. Results: The fitting curve of the second-order exponential decay fitted well with the trend of the original data points. The predicted results were also the same as the experimental values, indicating that it can accurately reflect the relationship between the extraction time and the concentration of the extract. Conclusion: The fitted equation is reasonable and reliable, and the fitting method is simple and easy. It can provide a reference for the extraction of Chinese herbal medicines such as Prunella vulgaris.
