目的:考察回流提取法提取山奈中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺,为生产提供依据。方法:以芦丁为对照品计算总黄酮含量,以山奈根中总黄酮的提取得率作为评价标准,通过单因素及正交试验考察不同处理条件对山奈根总黄酮得率的影响,优选出山奈根总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。结果:各因素对山奈根总黄酮提取得率的影响由大到小依次为:乙醇浓度>温度>料液比>时间,山奈根总黄酮最佳提取工艺为:以30倍量75%乙醇,在80℃下回流提取120min。结论:回流提取法提取山奈中总黄酮使用仪器简单,提取率比较高。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the optimal extraction process of total flavonoids from Rhizoma Pinelliae by reflux extraction and provide the basis for production. Methods: The content of total flavonoids was calculated by using rutin as reference substance. The extraction rate of total flavonoids in kaempferol was used as evaluation criteria. The effects of different treatment conditions on the yield of total flavonoids of kaempferi were investigated by single factor and orthogonal test. The optimum extraction technology of total flavonoids from Shannian root. Results: The effect of various factors on the extraction rate of total flavonoids from kadsura root was descending order: ethanol concentration> temperature> solid-liquid ratio> time. The optimum extraction process of total flavonoids from kaempferi was as follows: 30 times of 75% ethanol, Extraction was performed at 80 ° C for 120 min. Conclusion: The method of reflux extraction for extraction of total flavonoids from Ya Nai is simple and the extraction rate is relatively high.
