对侦查行为进行分类研究是认识和探索不同侦查行为之间关系,最终指导侦查实践的方法之一。法定侦查行为在刑事诉讼中的地位的重要性,以及它在一定时期内的稳定性和确定性决定了需要对法定侦查行为进行再分类研究。法定侦查行为可以再分类为任意侦查行为和强制侦查行为、立案前侦查行为和立案后侦查行为、公开侦查行为和秘密侦查行为等不同的类别。
The classification of investigation is one of the ways to understand and explore the relationship between different investigation behaviors and ultimately guide the investigation practice. The importance of statutory investigation in criminal proceedings and its stability and certainty over a period of time determine the need for reclassification of statutory investigation. Statutory investigation can be re-classified into any type of investigation and forced investigation, investigation before the investigation and post-investigation, public investigation and secret investigation of different categories.
