对60例不孕症患者的88个基础体温(BBT)双相、卵泡期长短不同的月经周期,同时采用宫颈评分(CS)、B超、尿黄体生成素(LH)试纸、排卵痛、BBT五项指标监测排卵。结果:CS、B超、尿LH试纸监测排卵的准确率分别为818%、955%、932%,无显著差异(P>005),且B超监测卵泡增大,CS增高,两者密切相关,减少了B超检查次数,878%排卵发生在尿LH峰出现后24小时内,60例的半年内妊娠率为783%。结论:CS调控B超、结合尿LH试纸是简便易行且准确可靠的监测排卵方法
Eighty patients with infertility were enrolled in this study. Eighty-eight BBT biphasic and follicular phase different menstrual cycles were studied. Cervical score (CS), B ultrasound, urine testosterone (LH) Five indicators monitor ovulation. Results: The accuracy of ovulation monitoring by CS, B-ultrasound and urine LH test strips were 818%, 955%, 932% respectively, with no significant difference (P0.05) , CS increased, the two are closely related to reduce the number of B-ultrasound, 87 8% ovulation occurs in 24 hours after the emergence of LH peak, 60 cases of six months of pregnancy was 78 3%. Conclusion: The CS-controlled B-mode ultrasonography combined with urine LH test strip is an easy and accurate method for monitoring ovulation
