■上海市司法局结合本市实际,下发了《关于学习贯彻〈司法鉴定程序通则〉的通知》,要求各司法鉴定机构,一加强组织领导,深入开展学习;加强内部管理,切实负起监管职责。同时于8月28日—29日,举办了《通则》学习培训班,全市73家司法鉴定机构负责人,及有关院校、专家共80余人参加了培训。培训班请司法部司法
■ The Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Justice, in light of its actual conditions, issued the Circular on Learning and Carrying out the General Rules of Judicial Appraisal Procedures, requiring all judicial appraisers to strengthen their leadership and conduct in-depth study.
