目的探讨不同干燥方式对葛根提取物药剂学性质的影响。方法采用喷雾、微博及真空三种方式,分别对葛根提取物做干燥处理,认真观察三种干燥方式对葛根提取物造成的影响,并对每种干燥方式所干燥的葛根提取物的药剂学性质进行分析,然后将三种干燥方式所得的资料做对比。结果通过详细观察与分析后发现,采用微波方式进行干燥,可有效提高药物的溶解性,而且经过干燥后的药物吸附性小;采用喷雾的方式进行干燥,干燥后的药物每个颗粒都十分光滑饱满;而采用真空的方式进行干燥,经过干燥后的药物,具有很强的粉末流动性。结论采用不同的干燥方式,进行葛根提取物的干燥,其后所得产物物理性质都不同,其中,采用微波的方式进行干燥,可在一定程度上加快葛根提取物的释放速度,且物理学性质良好,因此,微波干燥葛根提取物的方式值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effects of different drying methods on the pharmacological properties of Pueraria lobata extract. Methods Three methods of spray, microblogging and vacuum were used to dry the extract of Pueraria root respectively. The effect of three drying methods on the extract of Pueraria lobata was carefully observed. The pharmacokinetics of Pueraria lobata extract dried by each drying method was also studied. Nature of the analysis, and then compare the three kinds of drying methods of information obtained. Results Through detailed observation and analysis, it was found that the microwave drying method can effectively improve the solubility of the drug, and the dried drug has little adsorbability. When the drug is dried by the spray method, each particle of the dried drug is very smooth Full; while using vacuum to dry, after drying the drug, has a strong powder flow. Conclusion Different drying methods are used to extract the Pueraria lobata extract. The physical properties of the extracts are different. The microwave drying method can speed up the release rate of Pueraria lobata extract to a certain degree and the physical properties are good Therefore, microwave drying of Pueraria extract is worth promoting.
