【活动背景】教育戏剧作为一种培育学生自主性和创新性的教育方式,在课堂教学中有独特且多样的作用。相较于传统的教育方式,教育戏剧的特点在于学生可以即兴、灵活地把内化的心理过程外化。通过想象与扮演的方式,有意识地再现并传递信息,教育戏剧能够在心育课堂中强调学生的主体性,在活动中有体验和感悟。学生在参与的过程中,能充分大胆想象,表达思想,增进实操的生活技能和收获内心的成长。因此,教育戏剧能在心理健康教育课程中发挥重要作用。
【活动理念】进入青春期,生理上的明显变化不仅唤醒了学生对“美”的意识,也高度唤醒了他们的“性”意识。然而,关于“性”的教育渠道匮乏,很多学生在面对生理变化,特别是第二性征的变化时,会表现出回避或过度反应。此外,由于社会文化等因素的影响,我们常常听到评论样貌的声音,学生群体中存在因样貌特征被取外号、被孤立、被欺凌等现象。因此,一部分学生会对自己的身体不满意,产生自卑情绪,诱发形体焦虑。
