在伟大领袖毛主席“备战、备荒、为人民”战略方针的指引下,煤山矿灯厂冷冲车间的革命职工,在16吨冲床上实现了一项塑料垫圈模具的改革,三天之内完成了全年21万盏矿灯垫圈的配套任务,为全厂生产的新跃进创造了有利条件。经过鉴定,塑料垫圈由于实行了定位操作,克服了过去手工操作可能产生的缺料现象,因此,质量有了提高;工人在操作过程中,不需伸手到冲头下整位。
