在现代工业中,锻锤基础是所有机器基础中振动量级较大的一类,由此而影响附近其它部门正常工作及干扰居民生活的不乏其例。更严重的还会引起厂房开裂或地基沉陷。为此,有效地控制锻锤基础的振动将是发展工业进程中不容忽视的重要任务。长期以来,国内外有关单位对此作了大量工作,在理论上及实际中都积累了丰富经验。早在四十年代,苏联著名学者巴尔坎及萨维诺夫就对锻锤基础的振动进行了详细的研究,提出了相应的计算方法。
In modern industry, the basis of forging hammers is the one with a relatively large level of vibration in all machine foundations. This has affected many other departments in the vicinity to work normally and interfere with the lives of residents. More severe will also cause cracking of the plant or foundation subsidence. For this reason, effectively controlling the vibration of the foundation of the forging hammer will be an important task that cannot be ignored in the development of industrial processes. For a long time, relevant units at home and abroad have done a lot of work and have accumulated rich experience both in theory and in practice. As early as in the 1940s, the famous Soviet scholars Balkan and Savinov studied the vibration of the forging hammer foundation in detail, and proposed corresponding calculation methods.
