目的研究黄芪、麦冬与五味子、麦冬两组药对镇痛、抗应激的作用。方法采用热板法和扭体实验观察小鼠的镇痛作用;采用小鼠游泳、常压下耐缺氧实验观察对小鼠的抗应激作用。结果黄芪、麦冬水煎液和五味子、麦冬水煎液能明显减少小鼠扭体次数(P﹤0.05);黄芪、麦冬水煎液能显著提高小鼠的耐热能力(P﹤0.05);两组药物均能延长小鼠耐缺氧时间(P﹤0.05)并显著延长小鼠游泳时的存活时间(P﹤0.05)。结论黄芪、麦冬与五味子、麦冬两组药对具有镇痛、抗应激的作用。
Objective To study the effects of Astragalus membranaceus, Radix Ophiopogonis and Radix Ophiopogonis Radix Ophiopogonis on analgesic and anti-stress effects. Methods The hot plate method and writhing test were used to observe the analgesic effect of mice. Anti-stress effects were observed in mice by swimming in mice and hypoxia-tolerance test under normal pressure. Results Astragalus membranaceus, Radix Ophiopogonis Decoction and Fructus Schisandrae Decoction could significantly reduce the number of writhing in mice (P <0.05). Astragalus membranaceus and Radix Ophiopogonis decoction could significantly increase the heat tolerance of mice (P <0.05 ). Both drugs prolong the hypoxia tolerance time (P <0.05) and prolong the survival time of mice swimming (P <0.05). Conclusion Astragalus, Ophiopogon japonicus and Schisandra, Ophiopogon both groups have analgesic and anti-stress effects.
