目的探讨2型糖尿病自主神经损害的检测方法及意义。方法对46例2型糖尿病患者进行心率变异(HRV)及皮肤交感反射(SSR)检测。结果 SSR:病程≤5a与病程>5a组之间阳性率差异有统计学意义。HRV:病程≤5a与病程>5a组阳性率有统计学差异。在病程≤5a组中SSR与HRV检测结果有统计学差异。病程>5a组中HRV与SSR无统计学差异。结论 2型糖尿病病程≤5a的患者自主神经检测SSR的异常率要高于HRV。病程>5a组SSR异常率高于≤5a组。病程>5a组HRV异常率高于≤5a组。2型糖尿病患者不论病程≤5a或>5a,HRV检测各项指标(SDNN、SDANN、RMSSD)之间,同一指标内的各组群间均无统计学差异。
Objective To investigate the detection methods and significance of autonomic nerve damage in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods The heart rate variability (HRV) and skin sympathetic reflex (SSR) were measured in 46 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Results There was significant difference in the positive rate between SSR: duration ≤5a and duration> 5a. HRV: duration of disease ≤ 5a and duration of> 5a group had a statistically significant positive rate. The results of SSR and HRV in the course of ≤5a were statistically different. Course of disease> 5a group HRV and SSR no statistically significant difference. Conclusion The abnormal rate of SSR detected by autonomic nerve in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus ≤5 years is higher than that of HRV. Course of disease> 5a group SSR abnormal rate was higher than ≤ 5a group. Course of disease> 5a group HRV abnormal rate was higher than ≤ 5a group. Patients with type 2 diabetes showed no significant differences among the groups within the same indicator regardless of the duration of disease or their absence (≤5a or> 5a), between the indicators of HRV testing (SDNN, SDANN, and RMSSD).
