裸粒水稻自育成之后,形态特征与生物学特性已趋稳定,裸粒性状亦能代代相传,但由于细胞学性状未稳定,影响到结实率和千粒重,因而难于应用于生产;同时,在裸粒水稻与水稻回交过程中,亦经常在后代分离出一些个别性状上优异的单株,但因完全不孕而绝种.为了促使细胞学性状的稳定,改善结实率和千粒重,保存优异单株,我们曾进行了花药的培养.本文报导我们应用裸粒水稻原种和回交F_2代裸稻为材料,进行未授粉幼龄嫩龄的子房培养,获得了大量子房植株,并进行了田间农艺性状和组织细胞学的观察.
