大坝的安全可靠运行．与大坝的构筑材料有关，由于水的渗透，可使这些材料的性能减弱。基于此，对古田溪三级水电站大坝的环境水、测压孔水及其渗出物的分析．阐述了渗流、环境水对大坝安全性的影响．提出应对大坝进行加固处理。
