Case description 1 cases, patients 25 years old, G0P0, due to menopause 27 +5 weeks, fetal movement disappeared 2 weeks admitted. Irregular menstruation usually, severe dysmenorrhea, need to take painkillers. B-examination of health when prompted double uterus. 39 days after menopause to our hospital B-show: the right uterus double uterus pregnancy. Menopause 4 months conscious fetal movement, 2 weeks ago disappeared fetal movement, no abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding. Admission examination: generally good, T36.8 ℃, P80?
