在十一届全国人大四次会议上,我省全国人大代表本着对国家和人民高度负责的精神,认真履行法律赋予的职责,向大会提交议案14件,提出建议、批评和意见327件,这些议案、建议都是经过深入的调查研究提出的,内容涉及如何加快湖北发展、构建促进中部地区崛起战略支点、实施“两圈一带”战略、大别山革命老区和武夷山少数民族经济社会发展两个试验区建设、修建西安至武汉高速铁路、修建北煤南运通道、农田水利基础设施建设、南水北调中线工程生态建设、加大对基层转移支付力度;涉及形成中国特色社会主义法律体系、完善配套法律法规、加强法制宣传教育、加强执法监督、坚持有法必依执法必严违法必究;涉及推进公正司法、创新群众工作、维护社会稳定、强化基层基础工作;等等。本刊摘登部分议案和建议,以飨读者。
