在高校财政性教育经费投入中,财政性教育专项经费在促进高等教育事业的发展中起到了重要的示范性带动作用,而且影响深远。笔者对高校财政性教育专项经费的管理进行研究,总结经费管理中存在的主要问题,探讨成因,提出改进措施,具有一定的现实意义。
In the investment of financial education in colleges and universities, the special fund for financial education plays an important exemplary driving role in promoting the development of higher education and has a far-reaching impact. The author studies the management of special funds for financial education in colleges and universities, sums up the main problems in the management of funds, discusses the causes and puts forward the improvement measures, which has certain practical significance.
