对130例热惊厥患儿的临床及脑电图(EEG)进行分析,其中正常脑电图78例(60%),异常脑电图52例(40%)。发病高峰期是6个月至3岁(84.61%),首发年龄在6个月以内和6岁以上者的脑电图异常率最高(P<0.01)。惊厥发作时,高热组异常脑电图16例(35.5%),低热组异常脑电图18例(75%),二者比较差异显著。热惊厥持续时间越长、复发次数越多、病程越长,脑电图异常率越高。有热惊厥家族史、癫痫家族史及产科因素者脑电图异常率高。
The clinical and electroencephalographic (EEG) images of 130 patients with febrile seizures were analyzed, including 78 cases (60%) of normal EEG and 52 cases (40%) of abnormal EEG. The peak incidence was 6 months to 3 years old (84.61%). The abnormal frequency of EEG was the highest (P <0.01) in the first episode within 6 months and above 6 years old. In seizures, 16 cases (35.5%) had abnormal EEG in hyperpyrexia group and 18 cases (75%) had abnormal EEG in hypothermia group, the difference was significant. The longer the duration of febrile seizures, the more the number of recurrences and the longer the duration of the febrile seizures, the higher the EEG abnormality rate. A family history of febrile seizures, family history of epilepsy and obstetric EEG abnormalities high rate.
