1997~ 1 999年 ,在石河子棉区的不同地点 ,选用 2 0余种杀虫剂以点滴法对棉蚜进行了系统的抗药性监测。测定结果表明 :棉蚜对农药的抗性强弱同棉蚜发生的消长规律有关 ;近年由于垦区普遍采用以生防为主 ,改进化防技术的综合防治 ,棉蚜对各种农药的抗性逐年降低或保持在较低水平 ;莫索湾 (一四八团场 )因历史上用药较科学合理 ,故棉蚜对农药的抗性敏感。棉蚜对菊酯类农药和部分有机磷类农药的抗性逐年增加。历年连续施用久效磷、敌敌畏防治棉蚜的一五二团场 ,棉蚜对这两种农药产生抗性最强。
From 1997 to 1999, 20 different insecticides were selected to monitor the resistance of cotton aphids in a systematic way in different locations in Shihezi cotton area. Cotton aphid pyrethroid pesticides and some organic phosphorus pesticide resistance increased year by year. Successive years of continuous use of monocrotophos, dichlorvos to control cotton aphid the 152 Mission field, cotton aphids have the strongest resistance to these two pesticides.
