以聚丙烯(PP)注射成型为例,着重研究当螺杆转速改变引起PP制品拉伸和弯曲性能变化时,注射机螺杆塑化能力及比能耗的变化。研究发现:随着螺杆转速的提高,虽然螺杆的塑化能力提高,但制品的力学性能呈现不同幅度的下降。拉伸强度下降较大,而断裂伸长率和弯曲强度下降幅度较小,螺杆塑化过程中的比能耗呈现下降趋势。
Taking polypropylene (PP) injection molding as an example, this paper focuses on the plasticizing ability and specific energy consumption of the screw of the injection molding machine when the change of the screw speed changes the tensile and bending properties of the PP product. The results show that with the increase of the screw speed, although the plasticizing ability of the screw is improved, the mechanical properties of the product show different degrees of decline. The tensile strength decreased greatly, but the elongation at break and the bending strength decreased slightly, and the specific energy consumption during the plasticization of the screw showed a downward trend.
