北京永安公寓工程采用7.2m大开间剪力墙及后张无粘结预应力现浇混凝土平板结构体系。混凝上墙厚16cm,200号混凝土。现浇楼板厚16cm,300号混凝土。现将其施工情况介绍如下。一、施工准备及部署根据施工现场条件和生产任务安排制定施工方案。墙体施工分两段流水,顶板(预应力筋通长铺设)施工不分段。结构工期约15天一层。选用TQ60/80塔吊一台,臂杆长30m。无粘结预应力钢筋由北京市建筑工程研究所加工后运至现场,并负责预应力筋铺放及张拉技术指导。
The Beijing Yong’an apartment project uses a 7.2-meter large bay shear wall and a post-tensioned unbonded prestressed cast-in-place concrete slab structure system. Coagulation wall thickness 16cm, 200# concrete. Cast-in-situ slabs are 16cm thick and 300# concrete. The construction is now described as follows. I. Construction Preparation and Deployment According to the conditions of the construction site and production tasks, the construction plan shall be formulated. The construction of the wall is divided into two sections, and the roof (prestressed tendons are laid long) is not segmented. The construction period is about 15 days. Use one TQ60/80 tower crane with 30m boom length. Unbonded prestressed steel bars were processed by the Beijing Institute of Building Engineering and transported to the site, and were responsible for the placement of prestressed tendons and technical guidance for tensioning.
