近年来,我院应用针刺麻醉行眼科手术41例,成功率97.51％,现临床小结如下。一般资料:本组病例一般不作选择,年龄范围16—76岁,男性19例,女性22例。病种:老年性白内障15例;先天性白内障7例;外伤性白内障5例;并发性白内障2例;慢性单纯性青光眼2例;急性充血性青光眼1例;中央性角膜白斑5例;共转性内斜视1例;角膜葡萄肿1例;睑内翻倒睫2例。针麻方法:一、取穴: (一)内眼手术:1.眼部穴位:取患侧阳白透鱼腰,四白透承泣,球后。2.体穴:患侧合谷。 (二)外眼手术:按手术种类选择眼部一、二个穴位,体穴选合谷、内关或结合耳
