模拟施工现场腐蚀体系,以常压静态腐蚀失重法研究十种阳离子沥青乳化剂对金属的缓蚀作用。试验结果表明:咪唑啉类、季铵盐类、烷基酰胺类、木质胺类和烷基多胺类阳离子沥青乳化剂对于盐酸为腐蚀介质的体系起到了很好的缓蚀作用,具有乳化和缓蚀的双重效用;采用扫描电镜法对阳离子沥青乳化剂的缓蚀行为及机理进行研究,认为乳化剂在金属表面形成了吸附膜,从而延缓了腐蚀作用。
The corrosive system was simulated at the construction site, and the corrosive corrosion inhibition of ten kinds of cationic asphalt emulsifiers on metals was investigated by static pressure corrosion method. The results showed that: imidazoline, quaternary ammonium salts, alkylamides, amines and alkyl polyamines cationic asphalt emulsifier for hydrochloric acid as a corrosive media system played a very good corrosion inhibition, with emulsification and slow Corrosion dual effect; using scanning electron microscopy of cationic asphalt emulsifier corrosion behavior and mechanism of research, that the emulsifier formed on the metal surface adsorption film, thus delaying the corrosion.
