目的:观察葛根素对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤后线粒体的保护作用。方法:将大鼠随机分成5组:假手术组、模型组、葛根素5、30、50mg/kg组,应用线栓法制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型(MCAO),缺血2h再灌注24h后测定线粒体内游离[Ca2+]i、MDA含量和SOD、Na+/K+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase活性。结果:与模型组相比,葛根素组脑缺血再灌注后大鼠脑线粒体内游离[Ca2+]i,MDA含量明显下降,SOD、Na+/K+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase活性明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:葛根素对脑缺血再灌注后线粒体损伤有一定的保护作用。
Objective: To observe the protective effects of puerarin on mitochondria after focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: sham operation group, model group, Puerarin 5,30,50 mg / kg group.
