本文分析了曲柄压力机滑块下滑产生的各种因素,制动角的设计允许值与实际允许标准值;并以济南第二机床厂制造的J2010D压力机为例,计算出其制最大允许制动角[φ0];目前可选用的两种制动角检测方式,以及这两种检测方式存在的各种弊端。针对这两种检测方式存在的问题,提出了一种全新的压力机实际滑块下滑制动角检测方式,即“压力机实际滑块下滑制动角自动检测安全保护电路”,对国内外压力机制造厂家和用户具有一定的借鉴作用。
