采用文献资料调研、心理测量和数理统计等方法,探讨体育锻炼强度、时间、频率等与大学生抑郁指数的关系。调查结果表明,云南省高校大学生抑郁症状的总检出率为42.1%,低于全国的平均水平;不同群体大学生的抑郁水平存在显著差异,锻炼群体大学生的抑郁水平非常显著低于非锻炼群体大学生的抑郁水平;不同锻炼强度、时间和频率大学生的抑郁得分存在显著性差异,其中中等、大强度大学生的抑郁水平明显低于小强度大学生的抑郁水平,中等和长时间大学生的抑郁水平明显低于短时间大学生的抑郁水平,中等和较多锻炼次数大学生的抑郁水平明显低于较少锻炼次数大学生的抑郁水平;不同锻炼方式大学生的抑郁得分存在显著性差异,单独大学生抑郁得分明显高于结伴锻炼大学生的抑郁得分。
