分析２６０例结肠代食管病例资料，早期１００例的并发症率为３９％，近期１６０例并发症率为‘１０．６２％。重点探讨结肠段坏死、吻合口瘘或狭窄、喉返神经损伤、肠道梗阻、胸结肠综合征及食管盲囊综合征等并发症的原因，其防治措施。作者认为，改进结肠代食管术式是降低并发症的关键。
Analysis of 260 cases of esophageal colon esophageal data, the early complications of 100 cases was 39%, the recent 160 cases of complication rate was ’10 .62%. Focus on the colon segment necrosis, anastomotic fistula or stenosis, recurrent laryngeal nerve injury, intestinal obstruction, chest colon syndrome and esophageal carapace syndrome and other complications, the prevention and treatment measures. The authors believe that improving the colon on behalf of esophageal surgery is the key to reducing complications.
