本文介绍了一种凸轮钢带传动机构,由头尾衔接的无端钢带形成又旋转、又轴向前进的运动表面为成形制品的成型面和连续输送制品的载体,能连续制造复合材料/玻璃钢管道。文中分析了凸轮钢带机构中的受力状况,指出只有采用合理的芯轴结构,才能使钢带轴向移动顺利、环向不出现滑移。文中还指出,在制造小口径复合材料/玻璃钢管时,钢带在芯轴上处于弹塑性状态,必须采用弹性好、延伸率高的不锈钢带才能满足使用要求。文中给出了一系列计算式,为机构设计提供了基础。
